The University of Banja Luka (UNIBL) hosts the second Training School of the V4+WB RMA Network Plus project which is led by HETFA Research Institute and supported by the International Visegrad Fund and additionally supported by the POLICY ANSWERS project. The event takes place on 15-16 May 2024, in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Training School aims to equip RMAs from the V4+WB region with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead and organize research support services. Led by experienced trainers, the sessions cover topics such as strategic planning, conflict resolution, improving working conditions, and enhancing the visibility of research support professions. Participants have the opportunity to network with peers and establish long-term collaborations within the region.
Attendance is free of charge, but subject to selection procedure.
University of Banja Luka will support up to 14 participants from V4 and WB countries by covering the costs of travel and accommodation. Deadline for submission of applications: 5 April 2024
Target group: Research Managers and Administrators (RMAs) including funding and legal advisors, finance managers, research support professionals, innovation managers, technology transfer professionals, professionals working on the interface of science (such as NCPs) based in V4+WB countries.
