Innovation in Focus: New Technology Transfer Office to Boost Montenegro’s Development

As Montenegro builds its innovation identity, the launch of the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) within the Science and Technology Park marks a milestone in linking science, business, and society.

In an interview with the Chamber of Economy’s Glasnik (Issue 05/2025), Srna Sudar, Director of the TTO, outlined its mission: to strengthen ties between research and industry, protect intellectual property, and support researchers, start-ups, and SMEs in commercialising innovation.

The TTO aims to drive knowledge transfer, promote research-based development, and stimulate a modern and competitive innovation ecosystem rooted in local talent.
