CEDEM is a non-profit association of citizens with the aim of contributing to the strengthening of civil society and democratization as a whole, that is, to influence the transition process in Montenegro. CEDEM’s mission is to improve the process of democratization and raise awareness of the importance of a proper and successful democratic transition while researching, analyzing and monitoring relevant socio-political topics.
