The RIINVEST Institute for Development Research is Kosovo’s leading independent research institute, with over thirty years of experience in evidence-based policy analysis, sustainable economic development, and
regional cooperation. RIINVEST brings a multidisciplinary team with strong national and regional networks and a recognised track record in R&I policy, development economics, youth engagement, and the implementation of
EU framework programmes. The Institute offers robust research infrastructure, an open data platform, and close ties with government, civil society, and international stakeholders. These capacities have been
consistently deployed across major EU-funded initiatives, enabling RIINVEST to contribute meaningfully to policy reform and institutional development across the Western Balkans. In POLICY ENLARGE, RIINVEST leads Task
4.4 and contributes across WP2, WP3, WP4, and WP5.
