7th European Climate Change Adapatation (ECCA) conference 2025

On 16-18 June 2025 the MAGICA project and JPI Climate organise the 7th edition of the European Climate Change Adaptation (ECCA) Conference in Rimini, Italy.

At this event, science meets practice in the area of climate change adaptation under the conference title “Smart, Faster, and More Systemic Adaptation in Europe”. The event themes include (draft).

2. Managing cities to be fit for the future
3. Protecting Coastal and Mountain areas
4. Human and legal dimensions of change
5. Adaptation Finance: Reducing communities’ economic or social vulnerabilities

A call for sessions will open in autumn 2025.
