The EuroHPC Summit 2026 is an annual international conference addressing high-performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computing within the European research and innovation ecosystem, scheduled to take place from 10 to 12 March 2026 in Paphos, Cyprus. The event convenes a broad range of stakeholders including infrastructure providers, scientific and industrial users, policy-makers and research communities to reflect on current developments, future challenges and strategic priorities for advancing Europe’s digital sovereignty in computational sciences.
The summit’s theme, Building Europe’s Digital Sovereignty: AI Factories, HPC and Quantum Computing, underscores the relevance of large-scale computing infrastructure and emerging technologies for scientific excellence and competitiveness.
The programme comprises plenary sessions, thematic discussions, technical showcases and networking opportunities that facilitate the exchange of insights on cutting-edge HPC applications, AI integration, quantum technologies and the policy frameworks that support them. In addition to scientific and technical discourse, the summit provides a forum for establishing collaborative partnerships, disseminating best practices and exploring how HPC and related capabilities can strengthen capacities in both academic and industrial research sectors across Europe. Participation is pertinent for researchers, innovation managers, industry representatives and policy advisers engaged in digital infrastructure development and computational research.
