The Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) has a direct and symbiotic relationship with Horizon Europe, the European Union’s key funding programme for research and innovation (2021–2027). The MCAA serves as the voice of beneficiaries of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), which is a major component of Horizon Europe’s “Excellent Science” pillar.
The Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) Annual Conference 2026 will take place on 22–25 April in Brussels, Belgium, and online under the theme “Research careers beyond borders: 30 years of the MSCA.” The annual flagship event of the MCAA brings together researchers, policymakers, and innovators from around the world to exchange ideas, network, and shape the future of research and innovation.
