POLICY ANSWERS announces the second of 2 workshops on Innovation Management in the Blue Economy to be held in Tirana on May 24th (9.00-16.30) with a focus on Managing risk in innovation and developing innovative organisations and teams.
Learning to innovate and developing a culture of innovation is important for all organisations including SMEs and non-commercial entities. It contributes to regional competitiveness and employee retention. Managing innovation, including the inherent risks, is key to being a good innovator and an innovative organisation.
This workshop looks at how organisations can adopt management tools to evaluate and manage risk as they develop new products and enter new markets; encourage a healthy environment that nurtures innovation and make strategic plans for their growth.
