Lucia Salto concludes the morning with an exploration of industry roles, entrepreneurship, and policy careers for PhDs, highlighting transferable skills gained through doctoral training.
The afternoon sessions delve deeper into specific aspects of career development and funding opportunities. Marta Avesani shares her perspective as a PhD candidate on MSCA programmes, followed by Eltjana Shkreli’s presentation on how MSCA funding supports career transitions for PhDs.
