The International Scientific Conference on Innovation Economics, Policy and Entrepreneurship takes place on 20-21 October 2026 in Belgrade, Serbia, and online (hybrid format). It is organised by the Institute of Economic Sciences, Belgrade, Serbia, The Institute of Economics, Zagreb, Croatia, the Institute of Economics – Skopje, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje, North Macedonia and the International Balkan University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Skopje, North Macedonia.
The conference brings together scholars, policymakers, practitioners and international experts to foster dialogue and advance research at the intersection of innovation economics, entrepreneurship and innovation policy. It is a possibility to present research, exchange ideas and engage in discussions on key challenges shaping innovation systems, digital and green transitions and economic transformation. The conference also serves as a platform for networking, cross-border collaboration and the development of new partnerships.
