In an increasingly dynamic business environment, the growth of enterprises depends on their ability to combine innovation, digitalisation and smart financing. The Foundation for Management and Industrial Research (MIR) is organising a two-day ScaleUP Bootcamp 2025, designed for companies ready to take the next step in scaling their operations. The event is co-organised by the POLICY ANSWERS project which also powers the Western Balkans Info Hub.
The event offers practical support for enterprises aiming to accelerate their growth through digital technologies, innovative approaches and effective financing strategies. Participants will benefit from expert presentations, case studies and interactive sessions focused on tackling real business challenges.
Day 1 – Growth through Digitalisation
The first day focuses on how technology can drive business expansion. Through practical examples and discussions, participants will explore how to use data and artificial intelligence for better decision-making, build a culture of digital innovation and maintain balance between speed and stability. The day concludes with group exercises and peer learning.
Day 2 – Innovation, Finance and Market Expansion
The second day integrates innovation and finance topics, with a special emphasis on attracting capital, developing scalable products and entering new markets. Sessions include insights into emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain and IoT, as well as workshops on co-creation, rapid prototyping and Design Thinking. The bootcamp ends with a live pitching simulation before a panel of experts providing direct feedback and guidance.
