POLICY ANSWERS partner, Fund for Innovation and Technology Development, as implementing agency, organises an open info session for all interested applicants within the “Western Balkans Innovation Vouchers” call. The project is piloting this support measures for research, development and innovation in all economies of the Western Balkans by providing financial support to third parties, financed by the Horizon Europe programme of the European Commission.
All interested applicants who want to know more details about the call, the criteria and how to apply are invited to take part in the info session that will be led by the FITD team.

The call is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the Western Balkans region, while public research institutions will be service providers. The applicant and the service provider must be from two different economies from the Western Balkans.
The total budget for allocating funds through “Innovation Vouchers” amounts to 240,000 euros. One voucher can reduce up to 80% of the total costs provided by the higher education institution / research and development organisations from the public sector, up to a maximum amount of 8,000 euros, excluding VAT.
The deadline for requesting the call is 20 November 2024.
