How to make Research Careers more sustainable and attractive? Ways to benefit from the new EU-level policies and tools

The first INSPIRING ERA EXCHANGE takes place online on 13 November 2024 (9:30-12:30 CET). The objective is to explore how EU-level policies can make research careers more sustainable and attractive. Gain insights from European Commission representatives, discover tools like the HR Excellence in Research award and EURAXESS, and engage with good practices to enhance research frameworks.

This event will be of particular interest – but not exclusively – to member and non-member states’ representatives.

The INSPIRING ERA Exchange will inform and update you on the wide range of EU-level policy measures and tools, including the new European framework for research careers and the Charter for Researchers, the HR Excellence in Research award, the ERA Talent Platform, EURAXESS, ResearchComp, RESAVER, and the Research and Innovation Careers Observatory (ReICO). You will also have the opportunity to listen to good practices and to interact with the speakers!
