MSCA-GLOPOL People-to-People Dialogue on MSCA opportunities in Sarajevo

22 May 2026

MSCA-GLOPOL and the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) invite researchers, industry stakeholders and policymakers to a People-to-People Dialogue on Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) opportunities in Sarajevo.

The event will take place on 22 May 2026, from 13:00 to 14:30 Sarajevo time, at Europa House, Sarajevo, with hybrid participation possible. The working language is English.

The dialogue builds on the Regional Flagship event on strengthening the Western Balkan research and innovation ecosystem. It will use a World Café format, allowing participants to rotate through thematic tables and exchange views on how to strengthen MSCA participation and research cooperation across the region.

The discussion will focus on three themes:

  • boosting collaboration with COST Actions for MSCA success in the Western Balkans;
  • expanding doctoral training and institutional cooperation;
  • inter-sectoral and interdisciplinary collaboration in the Western Balkans.

Speakers include Dr Armela Dino, MSCA-GLOPOL project officer at MCAA; Dr Radenka Krsmanović Whiffen, Science Officer at the COST Association; and Joaquín Capablo Sesé, MCAA Vice-Chair.
